Applies where Logan Plumbing and Gas provides the customer with a confirmed appointment time or confirmed arrival window and our technician arrives after that agreed time or window. The customer will receive $5 off their invoice for each full minute late, up to a maximum discount of $100. The guarantee does not apply where delays are caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, road closures, accidents, emergencies or where the customer has agreed to a changed arrival time or window.
